“If you don’t go after what you want; you could spend your entire life
settling for what you get” – Mo Stegall
Positive Psychology Massachusetts
I am a Life Coach with a unique practice and style. I have melded 2 specialties to help women in their 40’s & 50’s who are facing challenges within their relationship. I am a Life Coach of Positive Psychology in Massachusetts with a specialty in Relationships
Whether looking at why you are unhappy and trying to figure out what to do about it, wanting to improve the relationship you are in, or on the other side of one that is over, our starting point will be; What Do You Want?
I help women find relief and feel hope by gaining clarity and peace of mind. My clients start to feel great about themselves and who they are. They, and you, will immediately start to see things differently and by doing so you’ll feel empowered. You will experience better relationships in all areas of your life and with that an increase in happiness.
I am direct. I don’t waste time. We get right down to it and figure out what needs to happen so you are happier. Working together we will create positive change in your life.
When you are at your best, you bring your best to your relationship. This probably isn’t news to you. But what does it look like for you to get there? How do you then become that woman? How could your relationship, and life, change for the better?
Coaching together we will take inventory of who you are when you are at your best and look at who you truly want to be. What would it look like to live your life as this woman, from a place of inner strength and clarity? Maybe it would feel like HOPE, EMOTIONAL FREEDOM, RELIEF, CONFIDENCE, FUN, ENERGIZING and even EXCITING!
So who are my clients? You should be if you are struggling in any the following areas:
- You have questioned if you should leave your relationship:
- You’ve broken up only to get back together again… only to question if you should really break up for good
- You’ve been together so long to walk away now seems too scary, too risky… would you regret it, should you just keep trying?
- Think you might be in a relationship with a narcissist
- Have fantasized about what it would be like to be on your own or with someone new

Why should you hire me as your life coach? I’m passionate about being your life coach because I have been you! I can help you get on the other side of these feelings and come out stronger, more confident. I will help you be happier whether you decide to stay or leave. I’m not a coach that “talks the talk”… I have walked your walk.
Why & what is Positive Psychology? Simply put it focuses on who you are at your best, what are your strengths, and what do you want. We don’t focus on negatives and what’s not working. Instead we define what you want and who you want to be. Positive Psychology is the science of happiness.
What’s a Relationship Coach? Many coaches work with couples or clients on their relationships, but I specialize in it. As a relationship coach I help you take an honest look at who you are within your relationships, define what you truly want, and teach you how to accomplish it. We don’t feel our way into great relationships. We behave our way into great relationships.
Why Life Coaching? Years ago I was struggling in my relationship, in these same areas. I didn’t want to go into therapy, even though I had benefited from it in the past. I wanted to figure out what I wanted and gain the confidence I needed to craft a life I loved. Simply put I was tired of my own story and was willing to take responsibility to be happier. Life Coaching looks to the future and helps you define what you want. Life Coaching is focused on GOALS, ACTIONS, and SUSTAINABLE RESULTS.

WHY HIRE A LIFE COACH
Life Coaching is a powerful tool for women in their 40’s & 50’s who are taking an honest look at their life and relationship(s). They are asking is this all there is? Whether because of empty nest, complacency, having grown apart or ongoing issue, they are struggling with feelings of unhappiness. Many are on the other side, having had their relationship end or in the process of a divorce. No matter which side of the fence you are on hiring a life coach is an empowering step to find clarity. You will recognize who you are at your best, and identify what you want.
As a positive psychology life coach I have an abundant amount of tools to help you bring out your best. We will explore where you are now and define what you want your future to look like. As your relationship coach I will align the same approach to couples coaching; when was your relationship at its best, what would it look like if it were all you wanted it to be, and what positive approach can we take to get it there.
Whether for yourself, or together as a couple, to decide to take responsibility for your happiness is empowering. It is enlightening, energizing and feels great. With me as your coach we will not only look at what path you want to be on but create a plan so you walk it confidently. Like a sports coach I will cheer you on, push you when needed, and be your partner to ensure you reach your goal.
Life Coaching moves your life forward.
COACHING VS. THERAPY
Is a Life Coach a fad or frivolous? No! As a Positive Psychology Life Coach I will help you cultivate and live your life, as you want it to be, it’s invaluable! So what’s the difference between Coaching and Therapy?
I think it’s important to know I believe in therapy and have found it valuable during certain periods of my own life. I found coaching when looking to incorporate more fulfillment and happiness in my life. I discovered positive psychology and coaching when looking to find the courage, motivation and follow through to create the future I wanted for myself.
