I know what it's like to look around at a life that appears fine on the outside while feeling unhappy, confused, or lonely on the inside. I know what it's like to question yourself, minimize your own needs, and wonder if wanting more from your relationship, or life, somehow makes you selfish.
Most women come to me because they've realized they need support. An ally to help them with honesty, compassion, and understanding to sort the confusion that's taken up residency in their heart and head.

What to expect from coaching
Coaching with Lisa is a collaborative, forward-focused process. Sessions are held virtually, typically 60 minutes, and scheduled weekly or bi-weekly depending on your goals and pace.
